StreamCam Privacy Policy

Effective 14 October 2026 ยท App ID app.streamcam

StreamCam is a camera app that sends live video from your phone to a streaming server address that you enter. It has no account, no analytics and no crash reporter.

1. What the app does

You paste or scan a streaming address (RTMPS or SRT). When you tap Start, the app encodes camera and microphone input and sends it, encrypted, only to that address. The video and audio are not recorded or sent anywhere else by the app.

2. Data we do not collect

3. Advertising (Google Play version only)

The Google Play version shows a small Google AdMob banner when you are not streaming. Before any ad loads, the app asks for your consent using Google's consent form where required. AdMob may collect your device's Advertising ID and standard ad-serving data (for example IP address, device and app identifiers, coarse location derived from IP, and ad interactions) to show and measure ads. Google processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy. Ads are paused and hidden while streaming.

4. How data is shared

Advertising data from the Google Play version is shared with Google for advertising. We do not sell personal information. We never receive your video, audio or streaming keys.

5. Permissions

6. Children

StreamCam is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your choices

Settings stay on your device until you clear app data or uninstall. You can change your ad consent in the app's settings and reset your Advertising ID in Android settings.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.

9. Contact
